Mr. Kamal Azis started off his career in 1992 as a general insurance specialist at a multinational company after obtaining a CCIB certification. He has handled many insurance related projects at several State Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Indonesian Immigration and other government agencies for more than 20 years. With his strong and extensive network, Mr. Kamal has joined our team to support in business matching and government related projects.

A Japanese Studies scholar from the University of Indonesia, Ms. Gloria has 18 years of experience as visa specialist and consultant in one of the largest international telecommunication company from China and several Japanese companies. Establishing a professional business consultation agency has always been her ambition and she’s now leading our team of professionals in delivering the best service in the industry.

Business Development Manager
Mr. Toto majored in Japanese Literature at the University of Indonesia. In 1995, during his senior year at the university, he became a Japanese Language Trainer for Fishery Students who will be assigned on Japanese fishing boats. He also accompanied the students during years experience at several Japanese companies. His latest experience was in outsourcing and recruitment industry, providing teams for international projects. Now, he joins our team as Business Development Manager.
Lambok Silalahi
Technical Advisor
After obtaining both his bachelor and master degrees from Ehime University Japan, Mr. Lambok returned to Indonesia and worked for Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi (BPPT, now known as BRIN, Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional) until he retired. He had lived in Japan for almost 10 years, resulting in a strong attachment towards Japanese culture. He always try to make a great contribution in strengthening Japan – Indonesia relationship in various aspects. Mr. Lambok is also a motivated senior researcher in coal and energy technology development in the national research institution. Involved in surveys and data collection for feasibility studies on the construction of coal liquefaction technology to be implemented in Indonesia under international collaboration, especially with Japan. Having long experience in laboratories in Japan working with Japanese staff in Takasago research center for 2 years. His recent activities especially the one with small modular reactor (SMR) and other nuclear reactor of generation forth (IV) technologies.
In his spare time, Mr. Lambok channels his passion for teaching by giving Bahasa Indonesia lessons for Japanese citizens in Indonesia, ranging from managers to directors.
